I'd like to know a little more about the setup for the new CD. Did he handle any of the percussion parts, or did he leave that all to Richie Garcia? How will he be tackling that and Paul Pesco's guitar parts live?
PLEASE INCLUDE THIS ONE IN THE INTERVIEW.
"Dave, apart from your playing in all your own CDs, specially from Rhythm of the Soul until now,
there is something IMPRESSIVE-REMARKABLE: your SOUND (natural, big, warm,clean...-all in one - )
Tell us something special you do in that aspect; some of your secrets with the sound, something you think you do in the studio that make the difference with other recorded drums, apart from the drumset itself and the tuning."
And following with the same topic: ABOUT THE AMBIENT MICS HE USES (DIFFERENT FROM THE MICS WE CAN SEE IN THE EVOLUTION DVDs)
. WHICH MODELS?
. HOW MANY?
. WHERE HE PLACES THEM?
You would make me happy if these questions are included.
Bye.

what does he say to people that comment on his playing being too busy?
Whats it like being back with the chick and the band?
Whats it like playing with ric fierabracci vs. patitucci?
when is he going to do a live dvd?

Where can he see his playing going?
How does he feel about his (frankly, massive) role in the drum community?
How's the mix coming along on Heracio's new album?

No way does he have the same wardrobe seen here:

Andy, you're right. I totally respect his talents, and skills and it may just be that the music he produces leaves me a little disappointed.

Wow, why the hostility guys?

I think I just pissed myself laughing. Wow, between that outfit, Vinnie's jumpsuits and baggy beach pants and wife beaters, Steve Smith's high water pants and argyle socks (on his early vids) or his Hawaiin shirts with pants and belt above his navel "bra-pants" (on his current DVD or the Gadd Tribute DVD)...it's quite a contest.
Someone should call "What Not To Wear" or "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy".
